AN EVENING OF CLASSICAL MUSIC
From Puccini and Faure to Brahms and Schubert, Sharon excites and delights her audience with a sumptuous feast of grand Italian, French and German music.
Some selections, such as 'O Sole Mio' and 'Nesum Dorma," will be familiar to everyone.
'Lachia ch'io Pianga,' an aria by Handel, and 'Le Secret,' an aria by 'Faure" provides a taste of the European classical genre. Additional pieces performed will be: 'Muzettta's Waltz Song' (from La Boheme), Schubert's 'Lied der Mignon' and 'Fruhlingslaube,' Faure's 'Les Berceaux' as well as Caccini's 'Amarilli Mia Bella' and Carissimi's 'Vittoria, mio cuore!'
